I have been thinking about it long and hard, and while I was thinking about my graphic design business as a primary drive behind it, I have also been thinking of how much writing has meant to me. And I decided that I am not willing to focus on just one or the other, but to encompass all of my creative skills.
So, please welcome to the world, KG Creative Enterprises.
Official Statement
New York-based Jane-of-all-trades Katherine Gilraine enjoys nothing more than putting her creative talents to good use. She ventured into graphic design and had since then specialized in print design. Her signature works are the full-page ad spread for the Smooth Jazz Spot Facebook group in the American Smooth Jazz Awards program, and layout consultation for the inset booklet in Chieli Minucci’s anniversary CD, “Without You”. She produces commissioned works at a negotiable fee, and stays with her client throughout the process up to final submission.
Not that this had ever detracted her from her love of writing. Having self-published two books out of her urban fantasy series, The Index, she continues close contact with her literary side, and offers a plethora of writing and editorial services, which include promotional blurbs, biographies, freelance articles and op-ed reviews. She can edit any written material, from CD liner notes to a full-length novel.
Not willing to compromise any facet of her creative life, Ms. Gilraine now presents to you K.G. Creative Enterprises, a boutique of services that utilize all of her skills, from literary, to visual, to even technical. All prices are project-based, and references available upon request.
CURRENTLY TAKING ON PROJECTS FROM: Musicians, record labels, promoters, venues, and radio stations (online and terrestrial). Magazine ads and various non-music print work welcome.

Check it out at this link. Yes, it’s Facebook, but it’s the best way that I can showcase my work. The bulk of it is my ads and print-ad-geared work; I cannot quite show you how well it prints on photo or magazine paper. Nor can I upload pages out of the CD booklet, although I think it can be arranged, and if so, I will have it up shortly.

My Rates
Upon request only. My rates largely are on a by-project and commission-only basis. In other words, you’re paying me to do your designing – and only the designing. I don’t do the printing, nor do I do the distribution. However, that is a negotiable option, since I do sub-contract printing services, and am always looking for distribution channels.
Contract
If you are interested in a marketing campaign, marketing coaching, or long-term series of services, then I will present you with a contract, which must be signed by both parties before service can commence. This is non-negotiable, and it is to protect both myself as a contractor and my client.
If I have to refer you to any of my associates, the associate will issue you their terms of service, and the contract with me is terminated upon commencement of service by associate.
